INFORMATION REPORT

At the meeting of the Scientific Council of the IUFS – IUHAC, it was decided to include the programme of study and practical application of the innovative new generation preparation “CELL BALANCE” in the number of scientific and practical activities of the University.

The innovative preparation “CELL BALANCE” is a liquid based on hexagonal water, comprising molecular ions of sodium, hydrogen, oxygen and zinc. The use of “CELL BALANCE” provides a complex action on the body, improves efficiency, reduces the symptoms of emotional and physical stress, balances the immune system. The product can be used for all acute and chronic diseases. CELL BALANCE” is also a very effective antioxidant, which can also enhance the potency of other drugs. Without being a “panacea”, the innovative drug “CELL BALANCE” should become an indispensable element in the treatment of a wide range of patients, a mandatory component of anti-aging programs, rehabilitation programs after serious diseases (including COVID-19).

In order to implement the programme, it is planned to create a separate scientific and practical division (laboratory) within the structure of the university, which will be responsible for the implementation of this project.
